Welcome to the ZOOFASHIONS website. By accessing this website you agree to comply with, and be bound by, these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions you are not permitted to use this website and must leave immediately.
ZOOFASHIONS is the online service of Zoo and is solely for personal use. You must not use this website for any commercial use whatsoever. We may occasionally change these terms at our sole discretion. By using ZOOFASHIONS after any such change(s), you agree to comply with, and be bound by, the changed terms.
Our web site will be kept up to date as reasonably as possible but we cannot guarantee that any particular item will be available. If we cannot supply a product from your order we will contact you via the e-mail address you have provided. If we cannot contact you or we receive no response we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. We will not substitute any item without your prior consent. Any funds being held in your account for the goods we cannot supply will be refunded. Voucher codes are not eligible for use on sale items or in conjunction with any other offer.
In the unlikely event that we encounter a problem with your order we will contact you via the e-mail address you have provided. We reserve the right not to accept an order at any time at our discretion.
All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express via WorldPay. Payments are also accepted via PayPal.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Additional checks may be undertaken by us and your card issuer to ensure it is you making the order. We cannot be held responsible for any delays incurred if for any reason your card issuer refuses to authorise payment. For first time customers we may request that goods are shipped to the credit card billing address.
All prices are in Pound Sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate. We currently only accept payment in Pounds Sterling (GBP). The amount on your card statement will be the equivalent amount in your local currency based on the rate applied by your card provider at the time your account is debited at checkout and any foreign currency fees charged by your bank.
If the delivery address is outside of the United Kingdom the UK VAT (tax) will be deducted from the subtotal at checkout before payment is completed. Please also note that import duty and taxes may be incurred in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted.

Discount Code & Promotions
ZOOFASHIONS may offer occasional promotions throughout the year.
Free Shipping promotions will apply on full price items only with some exceptions. Exceptions are clearly marked within the product description on the relevant product page. Only the delivery will be free and any taxes, duties or customs fees will still be payable.
The following shipping services will be offered in any Free Shipping promotion:
UPS Standard (1 working day)
EU, Liechtenstein, Norway and Switzerland
UPS Standard (2 - 5 working days)
UPS Express Saver (1 - 4 working days)
Royal Mail (from 5 - 7 working days) or,
Only one promotion can be applied to any order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers.
Customers may have the opportunity to pre-order items which will become available later in the season.
Any dates given for the availability of pre-order items will only be a guide.
In the unlikely event that a pre-ordered item cannot be delivered an email will be sent to the given email address and a full refund or store credit will be offered.
Payment for pre-order items is made on the same day the order is placed.
Once your order has been despatched an email confirmation will be sent which will include the shipping tracking number.
Refund & Excahnge
You must follow the steps below in order to be eligible for a refund or an exchange:
Contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving your order and we will issue you with a returns form and a returns reference number. Fill in the returns form completely and ensure that it is signed. Display the reference number clearly on the outside packaging.
Please return goods to us within 14 days of receiving the returns form from us. All shipping costs involved will be entirely the customer’s responsibility. In the event of an exchange, we do not charge to ship out the replacement items. We will reimburse the shipping costs if you have returned an item to us due to the item being faulty or damaged and our quality control team have accepted the item to be faulty.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged, or where a manufacturing fault occurs within three months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
We advise you to send items back to us via registered delivery or courier and that you retain proof of postage. Ensure that the item you are sending back to us is adequately insured as we cannot be held liable for any loss or damage in transit back to us.
We will only accept a return if the item is new and unused. We will not accept any item that shows indication that it has been worn. We also cannot accept the return of any undergarments/socks. This is for hygiene purposes. Items should be returned in the original packaging, all tags should still be attached and the item should show no signs of wear. Shoe boxes should be undamaged as they are also considered to be part of the product.
Please do not remove the white/red security seal until you are happy with your order. We are unable to accept a returned item with a broken security seal.
Funds for returned items will only be credited to accounts initially used to purchase the returned item.
If you require any further information on our returns policy you can contact us on the contact details below. Legal ownership of goods will remain the property of ZOOFASHIONS until orders have been accepted and all due funds have been cleared. In the event of ZOOFASHIONS offering a refund to you, legal ownership of the goods will revert immediately to ZOOFASHIONS.
Goods are fully insured during transit and goods become your full responsibility once they have been delivered.
Statutory Cancellation Rights
If you are based in the EU you have the right to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 You may cancel your order within 14 days after the day on which you receive your Items.
If you wish to cancel your order under ICARs you must confirm in writing to [email protected] You may use the model cancellation form below, but it is not obligatory.
Once you have notified us of your cancellation request, you will have a further 14 days to return your items to us. You will be required to bear the cost of returning the goods and our free return service will not be available to use.
If you cancel your order under ICARs, we will issue a full refund including shipping cost within 14 days, back to your original payment method.
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any loss in value of the items if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
If the goods from your order have already been despatched to you, and you decide to cancel your order under ICARs, we may withhold any refund until the goods have been returned and processed. If we do not receive the cancelled goods back, we may arrange to have them collected from you at your cost.

Accessing the website is entirely at your own risk. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our internet services for any reason beyond our control.
